Based in Atherton – Greater Manchester – all courses are fully accredited which means you will be able to obtain insurance on successful completion of one of our courses.  As well as many of our clients visiting from the local area, we also regularly attract clients from Wigan, Bolton, Leigh & other surrounding areas.

    Yes.  Here at HD Academy, our team of educators are genuinely passionate about the development of our students.  Even after course completion, we’re always just a phone call away to answer any questions you have or assist with your next career step.

    Both beginners and established beauticians can sign up for our courses.  All we expect from attendees is to show good communication and a willingness to learn.  An excellent level of english is also required and you must be able to speak, read and white english fluently.

    The duration of our beauty courses vary depending on the course you’re looking for.  For example, the beginners acrylic course lasts for up to 10 sessions across a number of days.  On the other hand, our gel polish course is a one-day course that lasts for just 4 hours.  Find out the details of all courses and the duration by clicking here.

    Yes there are courses that are tailored to beginners just starting out on their beauty journey.  We understand the start of any career is overwhelming and that’s why we offer tailored courses for beginners only.  Our friendly and welcoming educators will make you feel at ease at our Academy with the Beginners Acrylic Course a popular course for beginners.

    We recommend all students wearing a professional beauty tunic if possible.  Otherwise, smart-casual, cleaning clothing should be worn.  Clean flat shoes are required with covered toes and closed in heels.  It’s important to ensure you are suitably dressed to give and receive treatments.
